The figure for your own case comes in our quotation, once we know what the application involves.

Set by the government, paid separately: the Home Office application fee and the Immigration Health Surcharge depend on your route and circumstances. GOV.UK lists the current visa fee for each route and the Immigration Health Surcharge.

Every published range, including appeals and other services, is on our fees page.

Questions people ask

Where is your London office?

2nd Floor, 2–5 Minories, London EC3N 1BJ. The office card on this page has a map and a Google Maps directions link. We are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm; please ring 020 7063 9040 before you come in.

How much does an immigration solicitor cost in London?

The cost turns on the application. For a Further Leave to Remain — partner or parent route application, our published range is £1,500 – £2,500 + VAT where VAT applies. That covers our legal fee and nothing else: the Home Office fee, the Immigration Health Surcharge and other third-party charges, such as biometric, translation or barrister fees, are paid on top. Your quotation gives the figure for your case, and every range we publish is on our fees page.

What should I do if my visa application has been refused?

Read the decision letter for its deadline and get in touch with us the same day if you can. The letter says whether you can appeal or ask for a review, and how long you have. Time limits can be short. Our published fee for “Preparing & submitting an appeal only” is £300 – £500 + VAT where VAT applies; the tribunal fee is extra. Our Leicester office can help too, on 0116 393 0334.
