What buying with a home purchase plan costs
Your quote is written and itemised. It shows our fee, VAT and each third-party cost separately, with Stamp Duty and the HM Land Registry fee shown on their own.
Our fee range is for a standard purchase of a freehold home under £2m. Leasehold, new build and other extra work is charged as a separate fixed fee, set out in your quote.
Disbursements (third-party costs such as searches) are extra: typically £319 to £341 on a purchase, for one or two people, including VAT where it applies.
