What Is A Conveyancing Quote… And Do I Need One?

Find out your legal costs without leaving the sofa

When you land on our site, with the click of a button you can get a quote for your conveyancing costs. Let’s rewind a little bit. You may now know exactly what a conveyancing quote is, how it works and if you need one. Here we break down all of that and answer some of our most frequently asked questions about the conveyancing process.

What Is A Conveyancing Quote?

A conveyancing quote is quite simply an estimate of the legal fees for buying or selling your home. It is a handy tool for buyers and sellers who want a quick overview and guide of the total costs involved in their property transaction to help them budget and prepare. You can also get a conveyancing quote for a remortgage outlining all the fees involved in the process. A quote is an easy, quick way to find out how much it is going to cost to buy or sell your home without committing (or even leaving the sofa)

How Does The Conveyancing Process Work?

The best things in life are simple, right? And that is exactly how we keep our conveyancing process. It really is as easy as A,B,C…

A

A simple click takes you to a questionnaire where you are asked a few questions to help generate the quote.

B

C

Clear costs are a key part of our transparency policy. Your conveyancing quote is a full, fixed fee so you know there are no surprises. Only good ones, like our amazing service.
